During the Winter and Spring months the "Shauna Lee" will be offering All Day Crab/Fishing and Half Day Crab only trips depending on what fisheries are open.  Our Anglers are involved in the whole process of crabbing including baiting, setting and hauling of the crab gear.  A true hands on crabbing experience.

The Sonoma Coastline Rock Fishery is a favorite of many Anglers.  It is not uncommon for Anglers to come off the boat with plenty of fish and fish stories to boot.  This is a popular trip late spring through the winter.

Chinook Salmon fishing is currently closed.  You will see updates here if there is any change to this closure.  There is a concerted effort to continue building the Salmon population, and we are excited to one day be fishing Salmon again out of Bodega Bay

Many Charters prefer a "Captains Choice" trip.  The Captains are very "in tune" with current fishing, ocean and weather conditions.  It is not uncommon for Anglers to come home with a mixed bag of fish on these trips.

Meet the Crew

Captain Mike

Owner Operator, Captain Mike, is a USCG Certified Captain.  Since 1988 he has fished the waters off Sonoma Coast.  He has owed and operated sportfishing and commercial boats throughout his career.  After his retirement as a Tug Boat Captain, he purchased the "Shauna Lee", brought it to Bodega Bay and enjoys sharing his passion and love of the Sonoma Coastline with his guests.

Captain Mason

Mason is a USCG Certified Captain.  He brings with him years of fishing experience both commercial and recreational.  He splits his time working in the Seasonal Commercial Fishing Industry and running the 

"Shauna Lee"

Skip

Meet "Skip" our second Mate.  You will find Skip aboard most of our trips. He is always excited to get out on the water.    

About the Shauna Lee

The "Shauna Lee" is a 38' Tournament Style Fiberglass Sportfisher, built in Southern California.  She has twin engines with great speed and maneuverability.  She sports a 90sq/ft aft deck, giving plenty of room for fishing or cruising adventures.  There is a spacious Salon with full bathroom.  The large flybridge is comfortable and allows for amazing views.

We offer  full-day fishing trips, whale watching, harbor cruises and burials at sea.

Our fishing trip packages include all fishing gear, bait and fish cleaning.  It is always recommended to bring a tip for your crew. 

All passengers who intend to fish need to possess a California Fish and Wildlife License.  You can purchase one following this link.   https://wildlife.ca.gov/Licensing/Online-Sales
